I have four SharePoint choice fields. I created a new calculated field and I want to know the formula of how I can compare the values from the four choice fields and set the calculated value

For Instance, if column1="Complete" and column2 = "Complete" and Column3 = "Complete" and Column4 = "Complete" then set the calculated field value as "Submitted" otherwise "Not Submitted"

The formula is:

=IF(AND(AND(AND(Column1="Completed",Column2="Completed"),Column3="
Completed"),Column4="Completed"),"Submitted","Incomplete")
