Hi.

I am having some problems with roadsync since we upgraded from exchange 2003 to 2010.
The email text size has changed to very small and unreadable to some users, and they have to manually zoom in order to read it.

DataViz says that roadsync does not (fully) support exchange 2010.
Some users use Touchdown on Andriod, and they have no issues.

The mobile phones are nokia n97 and c-64
Roadsync version 5 (5.0214 (207)) , but also version 4 had same issues.

Does anyone have an answer or experiencing same problems?

I just found one solution.
By changing the "incoming email format" from HTML to plain text the text is larger.
However the pictures are not shown - only as attatchments.

This might work for the users.

If anyone has a HTML solution, please let me know.

Hi,

You could look at Good for Enterprise as a resplacement for DataViz/Exchange?

Works more like BlackBerry and supports iPhone, Android, Symbian, Windows Mobile etc including the devices you have.

It installs a proprietary client providing experience (and therefore support) consistency across platforms.

Also comes with Mobiel Control (similar to IT Policies on BlackBerry) and Mobile Access (VPN solution - similar to MDS-CS).

Regards,

RobMobility.

Converts the mail into text, and pictures are attatchments. Therefore it is not a complete solution, but if you can live without the images being directly in the message, this is a great solution.
