Where Can I download Windows XP Pro with SP3 OEM

Hi,
my computer (HP Pavilion) crashed the other day and i had to replace the hard drive it didnt come with A CD to reinstall the OS can anyone guide me as to where i can download the ISO for a legit copy of the OEM software I have the authentication sticker on the side panel of computer.

Go back to where you purchased you machine.

the machine is over 6 years old cant go back to where it was purchased because there not in buisness anymore.

I have A DELL windows XP pro OEM disk it works for other machines but not for this one. When the Activation window comes up i input the COA number on the side and it activates fine. But when i restart computer it asks me to activate again. I spent 3 hours on the phone with microsoft yesterday and was told i not the only one experiencing this issue

If you don't get anywhere with Microsoft, then I would suggest contacting HP who might be able to provide you with a recovery disk specific to that machine:-

Spoke with HP they told me I had to buy the restore disk for the OS which is 65.00 i though there would be some faster way like a download or something.
