Add to Cisco Attendant Console External Directory

Hi people,

Does anyone know how to add external contacts (E.g. customers, suppliers etc) to the Cisco Attendant Console external directory panel?

If possible I would like to upload a CSV list of them in one go.  But even a simple how to add 1 at atime will do for now.

The External Directory is an extension of the Internal Directory. When the client console syncs with CallManager's directory, the Int. Dir. is populated. Afterward, you can choose a contact and add a cellphone for example, which will pop up in the Ext. Dir. from then on.

It is not really a separate directory you can populate through CSV files. You will find a similar answer by clikcing Help > Contents > search for External directory.
