can not open secure email

Hi,

One of the coworkers recieves secure email every month.  She can not open it this month, but I can.  We all use office 2007.  This is the erro she receives:
Cannot create file: message_zdm.html. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.

any ideas?  thx

this can happen if the user's outlook secure temporary file folder is full.
A run with CCleaner (www.ccleaner.com) should clear this folder.
