how to distribut updates to windows 7 from windows 2003

dear all
i bought license for windows 7 20 users OLP
i want to have one central location for updates in my server (windows 2003 server)
this server should download the updates from Microsoft site and distribute the updates to all PCs in
my network
is that possible please advise ?

WSUS server can do this.  Please look at the following:
