Can't move Public Folders from Exchange 2003 to 2010

I just upgraded from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010.
I followed these instructions to migrate the Public folders to the new server:

.\AddReplicaToPFRecursive.ps1 -TopPublicFolder "\" -ServerToAdd "exchange2010"

.\MoveAllReplicas.ps1 -Server "Exchange2003" -NewServer "Exchange2010"

So I did that, however the public folders don't seem to move.
It seems like it set up replication with the new server on old server,
since if I go on the old server and navigate to
first administrative group->folders->public folders and
right click on one of the public folders,
there is a replication tab with the new server's
public folder store in the list.
However, I can't get them to actually show up in Exchange2010.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

How long have you waited?

Seriously, sometimes it'll take a whole day before anything starts to replicate. I'd try to update the hierarchy and then wait for a while longer. Run the following on your Exchange 2010 powershell console
Update-PublicFolderHierarchy

After running the command Update-PublicFolderHierarchy I get two rows. Each of rows has not items (ItemCounts=0)

Don't lose your head updating email signatures!

Do your end users still have the wrong email signature? Do email signature updates bore you or fill you with a sense of dread? You can make this a whole lot easier on yourself by trusting an Exclaimer email signature management solution. Over 50 million users do...so should you!

So I am assuming that items are getting stuck in the queues on the Exchange 2003 side.
I checked the Default SMTP Virtual Server within the ESM on 2003.  A defined smarthost was issue.  I removed the smarthost from the Default SMTP Virtual Server. After that everything works fine, mail flow and Public Folder replication.

glad it worked as i told you before PF replication is based on SMTP so you had to fix your mail flow between both

thanks for the update
