User is trying to print Powerpoint 2010 presentations.  Nothing will print.  Restarted the spooler, rebooted the machine, cycled power to the Xerox printer, tested several other documents from Word, Excel, Internet, Notepad, they all print fine.

Powerpoint presentationns however will not even show up in the printer queue.

any help is appreciated.

Windows XP 32bit, Service pack 3, all updates.  Xerox table top laser.  Office suite 2K10

Print driver is pushed from the server.  But I also installed locally to be sure.  Still nothing.  No errors in the event log.  Stumped.  :(
