User cannot print from Powerpoint 2010.  Can print from every other application.

User is trying to print Powerpoint 2010 presentations.  Nothing will print.  Restarted the spooler, rebooted the machine, cycled power to the Xerox printer, tested several other documents from Word, Excel, Internet, Notepad, they all print fine.

Powerpoint presentationns however will not even show up in the printer queue.

any help is appreciated.

Windows XP 32bit, Service pack 3, all updates.  Xerox table top laser.  Office suite 2K10

Is the print driver installed locally? Maybe try that.

Print driver is pushed from the server.  But I also installed locally to be sure.  Still nothing.  No errors in the event log.  Stumped.  :(

Turns out the powerpoint presentation had a corrupt page among the good pages.  the corrupt page was reformatted and its now printing fine.
