Hi All,

I have got a Citrix Farm of 3 XenApp5 Servers.

Basically people in head office use the online plugin to access these apps, but my users in the other office cannot hit this XenApp Services Site (by design), what other options is there for them to talk directly to the XenApp servers?

Thanks

Paul

They can use an old Citrix client (pre-11.1), which would give them the old program neighborhood.  That can talk directly to port 1494-tcp.  For that matter, you could just open 3389 and use RDP.

The best way to get any user into the system is via the Citrix Secure Gateway (or CAG device).  That tunnels everything in via port 443-tcp.
