How to make a .mwv file smaller

I am using GoToWebinar to record training videos for our business to put on a YouTube site.  They get saved in a windows Media Audio/Video File format. How can I skinny them up so they aren't so big? I have a 20 min video that is 20MB of data. Too big.  Any help would be much appreicated.
