Hi,

Is it possible within Act 2011 to include 1-to-many relationships? for example, for a single contact record in Act, I need to link multiple mortgages this contact has taken over the years.

In another example, contact record is a pharmacy client/patient and against this need to record details of treatments over time. wish to store info in database type tables & not  text notes.

If this is not included within Act, pls point me to relevant add-ons.

Thanks
Jay

There are two possible ways:

1. If you're not using the Sales Opportunities area, you may be able to customise the Sales Ops tables to fit your needs

2. If you are using them, or they don't suit your needs, then you can use one of the custom table addons like itTables - http://www.glcomputing.com.au/main/62/1

Many thanks for your prompt response.

Including your suggestion, I've now 3 addons to evaluate : Durkin Toolkit, TopLine Designer and itTables.

I'd appreciate if you know of any article comparing these.

Haven't seen a comparison .... the tables they create in ACT! are all about the same ... so really a question of the UI you prefer
