Corel Draw 3 Fonts

I have a user that lost a lot of his Fonts in Corel Draw v3.  I determined that the Fonts folder had a permission issue that did not allow the user to access the Fonts folder.  I resolved the permissions issue and restarted the computer but Corel still does not see the Fonts.  Is there another step that I need to take to get it to see the fonts?

The Fonts used to work.  The permissions on the Fonts folder got corrupted and then Corel reported that it could not see them.  I repaired the permissions issue and can now get to them by navigating to the folder.  Are you suggesting that I may have to reinstall the fonts within Windows and see if they then can be found by Corel?
