I did a quick browse of the site and didn't see any licensing restrictions.  As long as the application works, in the visualized environment and you stay within your license count, you should be fine.

I am not sure if it is working fine in VirtualBox. I just need to know if it is ok to install it on VirtualBox or should I install it in a normal Windows XP PC.
