Showing tool tips in sharepoint list items

Hi Experts
I have two SharePoint 2007 lists
List A : is holding column App and role (field type:Hyperlink)
ListB: is holding App and users for each role separated by comma
What I want is , when user mouseover  on role (field type:Hyperlink) column in ListA , it should display users from ListB ,matching that role as a tooltips.

Please tell me how it can be achieved?

jQuery + http://spservices.codeplex.com/

use jQuery to dinamically query the list B for users, and display tooltip with this data
