I have a user with two different Exchange 2003 mailboxes.  The first is for health.com and the second is for medical.com.  The first is associated with a user account named john@health.com and the second is for john2@medical.com.  The reason for this is to not put both email addresses under one user account.  We separated the mailboxes, and when he wants to access either one, he reopens Outlook to access the other one.

What he wants is that when he creates a contact in the health.com mailbox, that the contact list is updated in the medical.com mailbox.  I told him that we could do a weekly PST export from health.com and import them into medical.com.  But, that requires some manual, so I'm trying to find a way to synch them up automatically.

He's using Outlook 2007 on an Exchange 2003 mailbox.
