Windows Firewall is blocking program

I have a client with a server that is running a program that uses a database back end for multi user access. The database uses Sybase iAnywhere. At the moment it only works in single user mode, which doesn't use the database program. Or. If I turn off the Windows Server firewall the multi user mode works. The software vendor says only port 6262 needs to be open and I created a rule for that but something is still being blocked. Any ideas on how to even determine which ports being blocked?

Try configuring the Windows Server Firewall Log and see what is being blocked - see link below:

Thanks, I set it up. I will test it out when I go onsite tomorrow.
