Site to zone assignment

Is there a way to prepopulate the SiteToZone assignment for IE while still allowing users to add to trusted sites? I was thinking of doing a vbs script when the PC starts up to do reg hacks since enabling that GPO options looks that functionality down

This script will do the job for you:

Repeat lines 5 and down to add several domains.
