There are different tabs in the Form D0, D1,D2, and then at last tab there is a
"View Report "which gives the details of each tab in one form. In each tab ie. D0, D1... there is a attachment field and in the "View Report" there is a hot spot link "View Attachment" for each tab that opens the attachment of each tab.

I want to add the functionality tha in the "View Report", if that tab contains the attachment the link "View Attachment" should be Bold otherwise not.

Create two hotspots with the same code, one bold the other plain, one on top of the other (separated by new line/Enter).
Then create mutually exclusive hide formulas for them, so that only one is displayed at a time.

Create a computed text field on each tab, which would have value "1" if its tab contains attachment (you control the field value from the code that attaches/deletes the attachment).

Something like this:

Hotspot                              Hide formula

plain hotspot on tab D0            att0Exist != ""
bold hotspot on tab D0            att0Exist = ""

plain hotspot on tab D1            att1Exist != ""
bold hotspot on tab D1            att1Exist = ""
