Gmail to Gmail sync

Is it possible to sync the emails & contacts between two different gmail accounts?

I know I can pull emails from one gmail mailbox to another using POP but that only gets the inbox and nothing else.  I'm looking for a true sync of all folders...

With using POP3 to pull emails from one Gmail account to another Gmail account, sent mail as well as inbox mail are pulled over.  This feature only works for Gmail account.  All mail will pull over. You will not the labels pulled over, so you have to recreate them again.

Use Check mail using POP3

If you want to sync the folders also, you can create an IMAP account of Gmail1 and an IMAP account of Gmail2 in an email client like Thunderbird or Outlook. Two new sets of folders will show in email client.  Copy the emails and folders over to new account.  Copy 300 emails at one time and test.
