How do I compress Saturday and Sunday in my MS Office Outlook 2007 Calendar

How do I compress Saturday and Sunday or move Monday as the first column and Sunday the last column on my MS Office Outlook 2007 Calendar. I want my calendar Month view to start from Monday to Sunday. It can be done in Outlook 2003 in a way that both Saturday and Sunday is in the same column and Monday is in the first column. Cannot find "compress on weekend days" in Calendar other settings.

Does Outlook 2007 calendar rely on the Computer Time and Date format?

Hi Admin,

I accidentally click Backup and Restore Zone as Primary. Request to make Outlook the primary zone.

Thank You
You can change the option in the Calendar Options dialog in Outlook 2007.  (Tools, Options, Calendar Options, First day of week).  You can set the first day of the week to Monday and the Saturday and Sunday will appear in the last columns.

If you want to only view the workdays and not see the weekends, you can choose that from the View menu.  (View, Work Week.)

You can also choose to not print weekends in the Print options when printing a weekly calendar (File, Print, Page Setup, Only Print Workdays).
