Cannot connect to companyweb - SBS2003

We're having problems with an SBS 2003 server.

The server runs SQL and Exchange and has only 2GB RAM.

Recently, Acronis backup and recovery was also installed. Following that install, companyweb no longer works.

We receive a "Page cannot be displayed" message

We can't ping companyweb and entering http://locahost:444 also comes up with the same error.

I have removed the Acronis software and still the same error.
Within Sharepoint Services Central Administration I can see:

Companyweb                             http://companyweb    6.0.2.8165    (We can't browse to this)
Default Web Site                         http://servername      5.0.2.6790     (We can browse to this)
Microsoft Sharepoint admin        http://servername:6626 5.02.6790 (We can browse to this)

anything in event vwr..
No, nothing noticable in the event viewer.

Have you got any suggestions?

Any tests we can try?
restart. also check add remove programs, may be some componant from installed s/w still residing.
I've been informed that this issue is intermittent and has been for around 6months so I assume it rules out our software installation.

We've rebooted and still the same.

Is there anyway we can take a back up of the existing sharepoint data and reinstall?
ok then you need to come up with what happened and it stopped working.
cann't connect come for million reasons..
