Hi All,

Very quick question, I've booked the 70-640 exam and wondered what the setup is for this one?

I've done the SQL 2005 one which included pratical questions and I've done two SharePoint 2007 ones which were questions only which seemed to be set questions.

Does anyone know if 70-640 has pratical questions and are the questions changing depending on how well you're doing through the exam?

Please only answer if you've done this exam or have a very good reson to know the answers.  Thanks!

Hi Jarrod, yes I know what the questions are likely to be.  Perhaps I was unclear, I'm interested in the format of the exam, is it adaptive and does it contain pratical questions?

Hello, I did this exam in january, it was all R2 based. 50% of the exam was on certificates services so be sharp on them,30% DNS then rest was your usual mix of stuff you will never use in your career.

The exam was 45 questions, it was NOT adaptive, all single or multi choice. No drag and drops, however in 70-642 there was ( i did that a week later ).

Ive been in IT for 16 years and did the mcse 2000, 2003, exchange 2007 and 2010 and this was in the top 3 tough exams for me personally. Good luck!
