Is it possible to manage mail enabled universal security groups from exchange 2010 ecp

Hello,
we're trying to let users manage the security groups that they own from exchange 2010 ecp.
Is it possible?
If yes how?

Yes it is possible, but you have to enable this feature in exchange 2010

we know that it is possible for distribution groups,
are you sure (or did you try) for security groups?

Yes, I have a lot of security groups....work very well.

You an create a security group and test...
