What's wrong with the following code.

1729      proc sql noprint ;
1730          select DATEPART(modate) into : LastC from dictionary.tables where memname = 'grafiek_backup' and LIBNAME = 'Sicavnew' ;
NOTE: No rows were selected.
1731      quit ;

Hi

the values of "memname" and libname need to be in CAPS:

proc sql;
  .... where memname = 'GRAFIEK_BACKUP' and libname = 'SICAVNEW';
