Exchange 2010 what services do I ahve to stop to run eseutil?

Exchange 2010 on a virtual Windows 2008 R2 Hyper-V.
I want to run eseutil to recover a DB. What services do I have to stop first?

I have Jet error -1032

None - just dismount the database.  That's all that is needed.

If you stop the Information Store - then eseutil can't work which is presumably what you did and thus received the Jet Error -1032.
