I have a book with two many sheets linked with external and internal sheets.

I want to export one sheet and send it out to another person, but I want him to see the data even if it was linked in the origin work book.

Hi Nabil,

You can send the excel with the links IF the receiver has access to the linked documents and on the same way as you had when linking them.

I mean if you have a mapped networkdrive on F and the receiver has the same network drive mapped to H the links won't work..

If the network drive is accessable thru a url directly to this drive without it being mapped it wil work for other also.

When the linked files are on your personal drive they can't be viewed by the receiver and he will see only old values..

Kind regards

Eric
