Classic ASP PermissionChecker on IIS7

We are moving from IIS5 to IIS7. One of the asp pages creates a MSWC.PermissionChecker and verifies that the user HasAccess to certian files. How can I duplicate this functionailty on IIS7?

MSWC.PermissionChecker is not compatible even with IIS 6, Its not available in IIS 7 at all.
