Have you tried the Symantec Forum?

I saw a question about this on EE a few days ago and will try to find it for you.

Search your HDD for resetpass.bat usually somewhere like c:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tools folder  and run it - it will reset the username / password to admin / admin and then you should be able to login and reset the password.

Alan,
LOL!
It was probably one of your posts I was looking for.

That 'resetpass.bat' has been around for years and is probably something that every Symantec SysAdmin should have on their crib-sheet.

@mduplay,
Thank you - that was very cordial of you.
At best, I should receive some credit for the link, but the comment posted by Alan is clear, concise, (and NOT a hyperlink that might break some day).
