Exchange 2007 mailbox integrity check

Hi, can I perform an integrity check/repair on a single mailbox from an Exchange server?  I know you can run Eseutil on the exchange server but I think this checks for problems on an entire exchange database rather than a single mailbox.  I also know there are tools to attack the problem from the client side like scanpst.  My user is rarely in the office and I would like as a first step to check if there are any issues with his mailbox from the Exchange server.

You can't check only one mailbox.  You can move the single mailbox to another mailstore with Exchange 2007 which has the same effect as repairing and defragmenting the store, but only affects one user and not the whole store full.

So is there any point in creating a new mailstore and migrating the mailbox there then migrating it back to is original mailstore?   Will any cleanup/repair happen to the mailbox by that process?  I wouldnt want to have a mailstore for just a single mailbox for any length of time.

You can create a new mailstore, then move the mailbox and then move it back.   That will work and will remove any corruption within the mailbox, then you can remove the mailstore.

It beats taking the mailstore down and repairing it, then defragmenting it and then integrity checking it.
