How can I set up a VPN connection from a Mac OS X 10.6.4 laptop to a Windows Server 2003 server?

I have been able to set up this VPN connection for the same user on a Windows 7 laptop.

Now I need to set up the same VPN connection using a Mac OS X 10.6.4 laptop.

I'm confused about what I need to put in for the "Shared Secret" field and where exactly I put in the remote server VPN name, the users Windows username and password, etc.

It looks like you need to change the vpn type, seems to set to Cisco IPSec.  Do you have the option to use PPTP, if so, that is the way to go.  Set the configuration to other and then input the info.
