How do I enable a com addin in Outlook 2007 as a regular user

In outlook 2007 a certain com addin is not checked, attempting to check the addin will give an permission error, only allow an administrator to change. Using the run as command and opening as admin will allow the change. But the problem is when you runas admin and open outlook with the admin profile and makes the change. When you reopen outlook as the user the change is not there. They only work around we have found is to reinstall the program that adds the addin. But that takes about 10 minutes with a restart. Any thoughts or help, much appreciated. Thanks.

You will need to find this addin in the registry, under HKLM, not HKCU, and enable it manually. Which addin is it?

We found the solution to be, while logged in as the user right click outlook and run as admin. Then go to com add-ins and remove or uncheck add-ins you dont want. Close outlook and open as the user. Under the user under com-addins it now allows you to remove the addins. Thanks.
