I have a Verizon iPhone 4 and I am trying to use the Hotspot feature with my windows 7 laptop. I can connect up my iPad without any issues, but every time I try to connect my laptop I get errors.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Thank you!

Try reconfiguring the application, maybe it is a setting you selected incorrectly.

I had invalid characters in the name that windows didnt like. I changed the name of my device and now it works just fine.
