We have just begun working for a small company that has an existing SBS 2008 server environment.  Being new to server admin work is difficult and there is much to learn.  Our first priority is to make certain we have a secure server.  Is the a program we can run to test our security?

I would use the Baseline Security Analyser, see here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/security/cc184923
