I've had an ongoing issue with one of my terminal users who for some reason always seems to have two instances of WordPerfect X4 open up on her terminal profile when she first opens the program after logging in. Not sure what the problem seems to be since many of the other users are not having the same problem. <br />
<br />
Lately because she is higher up in the technical side of office matters, she is able to open task manager and shut down the second instance, however this has become annoying for her as she creates over 25 documents a day and its been going on for the last month!<br />
<br />
We are &nbsp;currently using Windows 2003 Terminal Server with WordPerfect X4 and installed all available Service Packs.<br />
<br />
Any ideas?
