Exchange 2007 -Internal email and send external working, cannot receive external email

I can telnet to server on port 25.  All internal and external send working.  Messages are building in que on ProofPoint and not being received by Exchange 2007 server.  No error messages in Event logs and 7.77 GB free on 272 GB disk drive.

Have you contacted ProofPoint to see if they are having any problems or to ask for assistance from their help desk?

We contacted ProofPoint and they checked sProofPoint syste.  It was working properly.  Problem was resolved by moving 90GB of files to another drive.  As soon as move completed, Exchange resumed processwing external emails.  Problem is resolved.  Thanks for suggestions.

Read articles on MS Technet and even though we thought we had plenty of free disk space, moved uneeded file to another hard drive and Exchange resumed normal processing.
