I have a user with an odd problem in outlook 2007, when she composes an email, the message size is 2mb and shows as an attachment despite there not being one, why is that?

Many thanks
Craig

thanks for your reply, yes exchange 2010, does appear to be a company wide issue,
suspect a setting on her local outlook client?

What are you using for your email filtering/AntiSpam?

Veeam Task Manager for Hyper-V

Task Manager for Hyper-V provides critical information that allows you to monitor Hyper-V performance by displaying real-time views of CPU and memory at the individual VM-level, so you can quickly identify which VMs are using host resources.

Are they receiving blank emails too? When they send an email to someone is the email blank when the receiver opens it?

nope, recieving email is fine. Just 1-2 random people opening a new/blank email message; message size = 2mb by default, and when checking the sent items, the sent message  size = 2mb?

Check signature, and if there is a stationary or theme.

checked the signature, even tried sending without the signature results the same, no custom stationary forms being used for outgoing messages.

could this question please be closed off, I've not had any suitable responses,
I've managed to resolve (at least, partially resolve) the issue by recreating the email, it appears a staff member was copying and pasting text into the body of an email from a web page/alternative source, and it must have been copying some embedded code along with it when pasting into the body of the email....
