64 bit O/S requirement

I am trying to installed the windows server 2008 on the normal PC for work group setup .
what would be the correct PC hardware to order . windows 2003 not issue coz it is 32 bit .

If you plan to buy a new PC/Server today most of todays processors are 64-bit capable.
Let me know which processor do you plan to buy?

Todays I3 Intel Processors all have 64-bit instruction set, so you can install X64 OS safely
