Hi,

I want an html page that firstly gets my public facing ip address and then adds that to another line within my html page.  I can get my public ip address with showmyip.com/simple but how do I then add that to a line within my html page that needs that result as part of its structure?

i.e. within my html page I need to say https://<url>/api.php?username=<username>&password=<password>&msisdn=<msidn#>op=<op>&ip=<result from showmyip.com/simple>

I can hard code the username, password, msisdn and op fields but it the ip thats the pain.

I could use examples of code if you have them..
Thanks.

You need to call to showmyip.com/simple from within your code.

Sadly, HTML hardcoding don't allow you to do that. You need to use some server-side/client-side scripting to send a petition to showmyip.com/simple and post the returned data to your page result data.
