Making Outlook Contact Journal default to on

Has anyone found a setting to change the default setting for Outlook Contact Journaling so the tick is on for all added contacts

It is one of those fields which MS hides until you enable it in list views and its a pain to have to swap to this view to turn Journaling on when adding each new contact

I believe this can be done through the Office 2007 Group Policy Admin Template.  You can pretty much turn on/off any switch in Office with it.  VERY helpful & makes managing your Office deployments much easier.

I can't find anything for Contact Journaling in 2003 or 2007 Outlook or Office ADM Templates
I just went thought them as well & didn't see anything.  

Sorry...
Can setting Contact Journaling to on be set with VBA Scripting?
