Online auction timer

If i have an online auction and it ends 2011-08-08:12.00 and i want to be sure that it will be closed at that time even if nobody triggs the asp page, how do i do that?

Right now i use something like AuktionEndDate => now, but for that to work somebody have to trigger the asp page.

The best way to do this would be to schedule a stored procedure on the DB server.
