Outlook Free/Busy Information

We recently updated to Microsoft Exchange Online.  We have systems running Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010.  About half the computer Free/Busy information updates and displays correctly.  The other half do not display free/busy information.  They just display grayed out boxes in the time slots.  There version of Outlook does not matter because some systems from each version both work and don't work.

Is ur autodiscover service working fine?
To check the same check whether u can set OOF or not ?

The auto discover does work.  I am not sure what OOF is?

OOF is "Out of office"  go to File> Automatic Replies and try setting the oof

Cheeck whether using OL2007 whehter  u can see a F/B info of another user whose MBX is present on Exchange online

I just updated my system to Outlook 2010 and my Free/Busy information no longer updates.  Our exchange server is Microsoft Exchange Online.  Could this be an issue?

i dont think exchange online will be the issue, i suspect ur autodiscover service is corrupted , thats the reason this is happening :)

How do I check/correct the autodiscover? Is this on my server or on each individual system? Is this a service that I can restart/repair?

this is on the server setting

Are  u able to set OOF using Outlook ?
Are u able to automatically configure your profile ?

If the answer to these are no , then ur autodiscover is not working

When I try to set my OOF from Outlook 2010 I get a message that says: "Your automatic reply settings cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later."

When I test the free/busy and OOF on WebAccess it works.  So what do I need to do to the local client to get it to work?

we cannot do nothing in the client , its a server side issue

ur autodiscover service is not working

try pinging ur DC and Exchange server and let me know what do u see

Letting Microsoft Online Services configure the connection fixed the issue.  Not sure what it changed though.
