How to veiw Email as Admin in other accounts in Exchange 2007

Being an Aminstrator how can I veiw others Email without going in and changing their password or bothering them in Exchange 2007?

1) give yourself full mailbox access on the account you want to check
     From EMC -> Recipient config ->Mailbox -> click on the user -> manage full access permission and add yourself
n.b it could take some time to take effect 2 hours or so

2) Logon to owa using your account

3) check the other person's account
