Need a Photo slideshow with interactive map

I am looking for (in the best case scenario) a flash application that is integrated with Google Maps that uses a database or XML file to place markers on the map (x,y coordinates). Each marker to have a pop-up with a picture and some text. I want the markers to automatically rotate unless the user is clicking around on their own, and if they stop clicking around, it should start rotating again.

Is there anything like this out there already made? Or should I dive head first into the Google Maps API? I did some searching through hotscripts and found a few that looked promising, just didn't have all the features I'm looking for.

It doesn't have to be integrated with Google Maps, but it would be a lot cooler because they could go exploring the area with satellite/street views/ etc.

I'm just looking for links to flash apps like this that I can pay for then customize. I am going to continue looking myself, but I'm posting this in hopes that someone knows of such an app or can lead me in the right direction for creating it from scratch.

Thanks!

There are a lot of Google Maps applications at Activeden. Even if the app doesn't do all you want out of the gate, then much of this content is designed to be modified and generally comes with commented code and documentation.

Try this search http://activeden.net/searches?term=google+maps&type=files
