Accomadating for similar networks on NetScaler/AccessGateway

Hello Experts,

I'm working on setting up an Access Gateway running on a Netscaler (9.2.48) and have hit a small roadblock.  When using the Access Gateway plug-in to gain access to the office network I've found that the plug-in will not tunnel any traffic if the IP assigned by the remote network to my laptop is a 10.x.x.x address.  If I'm connecting from something like a standard linksys router that gives you a 192.168.x.x address everything works fine.  So my question is where do you define on the netscaler the routes that the plug-in needs to properly tunnel traffic to a 10.x.x.x network when your on a 10.x.x.x.x network to begin with?

Thanks!

The issue was with the software that I was using to connect with my 3G laptop card.  I was using a laptop with Windows 7 64-bit and the 64-bit Access Gateway plug-in was installed.  However the software that controlled my 3G card was only 32bit.  If I use 32 bit OS, AG Plug-in, and laptop card software everything tunnels as expected.
