Why printers are not available to explore?

HI

I have a computer with windows 7 ultimate and each time that I try to access to the printers of the control panel I can see a green bar loading the page but after alot of time the list of printers never appear.

Go into services and check that the Print Spooler service is running

Printer spooler was working but I have restarted the bluetooth service and now all is working very well
