How was this file generated? Outlook doesn't export into .rtf.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

This might work if the file type is right.

Outlook 2003 & 2007:
File->Import/Export
Import from another program or file -> Tab Sperated Values (Windows)
