How to import a Distribution list from an email

Hello

Sorry for the memory loss on this but can you send me info on How to import a Distribution list from an email the user has an DL list attahment and i wouldl like to import into the contacts.

What is the extension of the DL file that they attached?
Does the other person use outlook?

How was this file generated? Outlook doesn't export into .rtf.

im sure the user self created the contact and just emailed as normal

This might work if the file type is right.

Outlook 2003 & 2007:
File->Import/Export
Import from another program or file -> Tab Sperated Values (Windows)
