You need to enable Recipient Filtering on your server to get rid of the junk, not just accept it and forward it to the admin account:

My article might also help you to reduce the spam without the need for 3rd party software:

Hi Alan,

I set up the sender Filtering and recepient filterning and seems that resolve the issue,

Let me see it overnight,

So far i can send and receive emails,

just to make sure configuring such filtering wont effect the send and receive for all users in my domain correct?

Thanks for your help in advance,

Nope - it won't affect your users sending and receiving - it will just filter the spam mail (some of it).  Recipient Filtering will reject messages sent to invalid recipients and sender filtering will block people you don't want to receive from.
