Some of my users at work are unable to view appointments for others using the Outlook 2007 scheduling Assistant The Scheduling Assistant will display the correct information for some users, but for others it just displays hashmarks (i.e./////////////) and says "no free/busy information could be retrieved." All of the people experiencing this issue are using Windows XP with Office 2007. The exchange server is 2007. I have tried running Outlook /cleanfreebusy, /cleanprofile, and /firstrun but none of them had any impact.
Can you please help me get the users computer to successfully view appointments for other users in our agency by using the Outlook Scheduling Assistant? Please let me know if more info is needed. Thanks in advance!
