track changes issue

Hello
   I am trying to help someone who is having problems with the track changes section of word.  The author comes up as Dillon when it is usually her log in name.  Can you tell me where this author name is pulled from ?  She is using word 2003 on Xp pro.

I forgot to mention that I checked the setting called

"Remove personal information from file properties on save"

That is in Tools -> Options -> Security

This is NOT checked

Its pulled from the User Info in Word - Tools->Options->user Information
