mail to non existing id should be forwarded to administrator mail ID + bounce back

Hi,

I have exchange 2003 server in my network and we are using IMSS 7.1 as SMTP gateway.  If anybody send a mail to wrong email ID or they typed wrongly, I wanted that mails to be bounced back + a copy should be sent to administrator account.

Now the bounce back is happening, but how I can forward the copy of msg to administrator account

Just check if you can create a Rule in IMSS with subject line -- Undeliver / NDR related subjects

Right click your SMTP virtual server, select properties, click on the messages tab, in the send copy of ndr report to: put in the email address you want to use to see a copy of the bounced messages.

I reinstalled IMSS and it resolved the issue. I think this was issue with IMSS not with exchange

Have you check with Support( IMSS technical support) because reinstallingthe product like email gateway - IMSS is not at all good practice, they should come with the RCA.
